All shipping costs are calculated from a variety of variables including your location and the weight of your shopping cart.

Damaged and missing parcels
We do not replace or credit damage or melted chocolate that accrue by the shipping company. Consider the weather when you include chocolates in your order, as we do not take responsibility of melted chocolate while transport.

Delivery outside of Australia
We use Australia Post for international orders and it will take 10 to 40 days, depending on the location another events that take place. Shipping costs are strictly not refundable.
